1 lb yellow beet |
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar |
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate (undiluted) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook beets until tender. 2. Cool, peel and slice beets. 3. Toss with sherry vinegar and orange juice concentrate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
