1 cup skim milk, warm (70-80 f) |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
4 cups bread flour |
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (active dry) |
Directions:
1. Put all the above ingredients into a bread pan, IN THE ABOVE ORDER. 2. Select dough setting. When done, divide dough into 24 portion (about 1 1/2-2 diameter balls). (To make buns, make larger and flatten some.) 3. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours. Bake at 350 F for 16 minutes on bottom rack and 2-3 minutes on top rack of oven. |
