Ingredients:
12 shucked scallops (small or singing)
1 minced shallot
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon wasabi tobiko
Directions:
1. Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. Garnish with a little more wasabi tobiko. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt.
