Directions:
1. Stir fry vegetables: onions, carrots, capsicum, spinach, etc. 2. Cook Thai noodles (Mama noodles). Add seasoning included in pkt. 3. At this stage, can cook as noodle soup or dry noodles. 4. Mix veg and noodles. May add seasoning sauces such as Golden seasoning/ sriracha 5. Break an egg or two at the side of the pan. Mix in. May cook completely or leave half cooked. 6. Same recipe can be used for fried rice |
