Ingredients:
2 17 oz cans yams, drained and mashed |
2 cup(s) fresh cranberries |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/2 cup(s) quick oats |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/3 cup(s) margerine |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and margerine to make coarse crumb mixture. Toss 1 c of mixture with yams and cranberries. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with remaining mixture. Bake 350 for 35 minutes. |
