I like these croquettes for its properties and its easy to prepare and eat. Enjoy... Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice yamani |
3 leeks |
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
4 tablespoons self-rising flour |
milk amount required |
1 egg |
salt and pepper to taste |
oil |
Directions:
1. Wash rice and boil until al dente, drain. Saute finely chopped leeks. 2. Mix the rice with the leeks, grated cheese, self-rising flour and beaten egg, add milk if necessary, season to taste. 3. Cook in oiled pan or similar essen until brown on both sides. |
