Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 tangerine, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
1 pear, cored and cubed into 1/2-inch pieces
3 apples, cored and cubed into 1/2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh, if possible)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
salt, pinch
Directions:
1. Combine fruits together in bowl. Sprinkle them with the powered sugar.
2. Combine mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, & lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Pour this dressing over the fruits when serving.
