Japanese grill bamboo skewers chicken. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts |
12 bamboo skewers |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
6 tablespoons gekkeikan plum wine |
4 tablespoons gekkeikan sake |
3 tablespoons honey |
3 drops sesame oil |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. Skewing the chicken breast meat and place sauce to marinade for 30 minutes. Grill on each side for 3 minutes per side. |
