Prepare this meal at the table in an electric skillet. Chop meat and vegetables ahead of time and arrange on a tray. Serve Light soup while strring fry Yokisiba. Ingredients:
1 cup thin noodles |
1/2 lb. round steak,sliced very thin |
2 medium onions, cut in thin wedges |
2 mediu carrots, sliced very thin |
1 red bell pepper sliced, vey thin |
1/4 head cabage, sliced in strips |
2 cups fresh or 1 cup canned bean sprouts, drained. |
2 tbsp. oil ( to fry |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain the noodles acording to package drections. 2. Heat the oil in a wok, and brown meat, ad vegetables in order as given above. Stir frying each a few minutes, and add noodles last and cook just lng enouh to heat through vgetables should be crisp- tender. May be served on rice or alone. Pass soy sauce |
