A favorite lunchtime snack low in calories. You may add bacon if you like but if you do I suggest 1 slice of low sodium bacon made by Farmland Foods. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 slices bread, whole wheat 100% whole grain (healthy life), toasted
1/2 tbsp of mustard, dijon mustard, aldi
1 slice of tomato, large
1 leaf of lettuce
Directions:
1. Toast 2 slices Healthy Life Whole Wheat 100% Whole Grain bread
2. Spread 1/2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard (I get mine from Aldi) on one slice
3. Add slice of tomato and lettuce
4. Enjoy!
