This recipe is from Wyler's chicken bouillon. Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked instant rice |
2 cups water |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
1 cup cubed cooked chicken |
1 cup whole kernel corn |
Directions:
1. In large pot, combine all ingredients except toppings. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. 3. Simmer 15 minutes. 4. If desired, serve with toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips. |
