The key to this popular sandwich filling is to finely dice the celery so it spreads throughout the entire salad. Ingredients:
12 oz tunafish, canned, chunk white in water, drained |
1/2 cup celery, finely diced |
2 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped |
2 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1/2 tsp dijon mustard |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, celery and parsley in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving. |
