Weight Watchers Taco Soup Ingredients:
1/2 lb lean ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix |
1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3 (8 ounce) cans chili beans |
1 lb frozen corn |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, diced |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain fat. 2. Add onion, cook 2 minutes. 3. Add both dry mixes and 2 cups of water. Stir well. 4. Add remaining ingredients. 5. Cook 5-10 minutes. 2 WW points per serving. |
