This is the only way I will eat carrots. They are soooo sweet. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag baby carrots, organic |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450. Mix carrots and oil in a 9x13 pan. Single layer. Bake 20-25 minute Stir 1/2 way. When soft, toss in the parsley, salt and pepper. |
