Received this recipe at my ww meeting last week. 12 points for the whole pot i guessed on prep time and servings Ingredients:
32 ounces o'brien potatoes, 9 pts |
3 (14 ounce) cans fat free chicken broth, 0pts |
2 3/4 ounces country gravy mix, 3pts |
3 stalks celery, diced 0 pts |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Place entire package of potatoes and celery in saucepan. 2. Add 2 cans of chicken broth and bring to a boil. 3. Mix third can of chicken broth with gravy package and whisk unitil dissolved. 4. Add gravy mixture to potatoes, celery and broth, stirring until blended. 5. Simmer until hot. |
