One of my friends got this recipe at their ww meeting last week. I guessed on the number of servings and prep times Total pot is worth 14 pts I used the 26oz great value bag for points I think I might add some chopped broccoli to the soup for color. ********* FYI TRIED this recipe didn't care for it to plain needs something more . Ingredients:
4 (14 ounce) cans fat free chicken broth, - 0 pts |
26 ounces shredded hash browns, - 9pts |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, - 5 pts |
Directions:
1. Puree a few of the hash browns so that the soup will thicken. 2. Mix all broth, potatoes and cream cheese in a big pot. 3. simmer till cream cheese is melted and all the ingredients are hot and blended. 4. 14 points for the pot. |
