A tropical treat. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 teaspoon coconut extract |
1 teaspoon rum extract or 1 -2 ounce rum |
1 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put the pineapple in the blender. 2. Pour the milk on top and the extract. 3. Whirl away. If not sweet enough, add Splenda. |
