a yummy pasta dish thats low fat its an english one but it can be altered if you wish Ingredients:
400 g minced beef |
100 g pasta |
1/4 pint beef stock |
1 (400 g) can peas |
1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes |
1 (400 g) can of sliced carrots |
1 (400 g) can baked beans |
Directions:
1. in a large frying pan brown off the mince. 2. then add everything off and cook until the pasta is cooked. 3. then serve. |
