A modification on Amazing Oatmeal/Ww Muffins Add Any Fruit You Like - which I THOUGHT was Weight Watchers, turns out the Ww stands for whole wheat . They are delicious the other way, but this way they kill two birds with one stone - Weight Watchers AND my chocolate fix! Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup splenda sugar blend for baking |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/8 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Mix oats and yogurt together. 2. Stir in remaining items. 3. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. |
