Nice easy salad to take to work. This recipe is for 1 but could easy multiply it.
Ingredients:
95 g weight watchers canned tuna
1 egg
salad mixed vegetables
1/2 tomato, chopped
6 black olives
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons no oil balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Boil egg.
2. Slice.
3. Then mix all ingredients together.
4. Very simple.
