3/4 cup = 2 Weight Watchers Points Ingredients:
1 mango, diced |
1 sm. red onion, diced |
1/2 red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 c. fresh or thawed corn kernels |
1/2 c. canned black beans, rinsed & drained |
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped |
2 tbsp lime juice |
1/4 tsp sugar |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until mixed well. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min. Use within 1 day. |
