Weight Watcher Mac & Cheese kicked up a notch with Bacon & Tomato Ingredients:
8 oz dry elbow macaroni |
1 cup 1% milk |
1 can cheddar cheese soup |
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese |
1 1/2 bacon |
15 oz canned diced tomatoes |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Cook Macaroni according to package. Mix together milk, soup, cheese, chopped bacon, and drained diced tomatoes. Mix in macaroni. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. |
