Ingredients:
1 quart water
3 tablespoons fresh mint, coarsely chopped and tightly packed or 1 tablespoon dried mint
3 darjeeling tea bags
Directions:
1. Boil the water in a saucepan and add the mint and tea bags.
2. Remove from the heat, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Strain into mugs.
