from the spring edition of weight watchers 5 ingredient 15 minute cookbook . Havent tried it yet, but with a points value of 0 I will be soon! Ingredients:
1 large tomato, chopped |
2 medium peaches, peeled and chopped |
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained |
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor and pulse 5 times. 2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse twice. 3. Serve immeditately or cover and chill. |
