Ingredients:
2 acorn squash
4 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
4 teaspoons unpacked brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Halve the acorn squash and remove seeds. Prick flesh all over with a fork. Place 1 teaspoon each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.
2. Place squash cut side up on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
