This reminds me of the shakes we used to get at the mall. It is filling, satisfies that sweet tooth and is CORE qualified. Ingredients:
3/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 tablespoons water (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
1 drop vanilla extract, to taste |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Process on high speed until smooth and foamy. 3. Serve immediately. |
