This came from the WW core List. Ingredients:
1/4 cup green pepper |
1/4 cup red pepper |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 pieces cooked crumble turkey bacon |
5 eggs |
1/2 cup shredded fat free cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute first three ingredients in skillet until tender. 2. Add crumbled turkey bacon, Cool slightly. 3. Add eggs and cheese, blend all together. 4. Pour into 6 tin muffin pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 6. These can be wrapped and keep refrigerated for quick breakfast for a week. 7. Reheat in Microwave for about 2 minutes - All core ingredients. |
