I enjoy making biscuits on the weekend, but am reluctant to make them more often because of the high point value. With this recipe, I can make them anytime and not feel like I'm cheating on my diet. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons self-rising flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons nonfat plain yogurt |
3 tablespoons skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well, then drop onto pan sprayed with cooking spray. 2. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-13 minutes. |
