3-4 points (with Splenda 3, with sugar 4) Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups oatmeal |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup flour |
1 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk |
1 cup applesauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Spoon out 4 big cookies on a baking sheet coated in Pam. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
