Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs panki |
1 1/4 pound(s) ground turkey 93% lean |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1/4 cup(s) cilantro chopped |
4 whole(s) green onions (ind) chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce low sodium |
1 whole(s) lime (need 2 tbsp) |
2 teaspoon(s) seasame oil |
1 tablespoon(s) ginger minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500°F. 2. Mix ground turkey, panko, egg, salt, scallions, ginger, cilantro, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tsp oil and mix with your hands until combined well. Shape 1/4 cup meat mixture into a ball and transfer to a baking dish. Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. 3. For the dipping sauce mix together lime juice, water, soy sauce, and remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl. Add scallions. 4. Transfer meatballs to a serving dish. Stir sauce, then drizzle meatballs with 1 tablespoon sauce. 5. Serve meatballs with remaining sauce, about 1 tbsp per person. Chances are you won't use all the dipping sauce. |
