From ww magazine. If you sub 1/2 cup shredded zucchini for the ricotta you'll save 1/2 point! Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey |
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese |
2 scallions, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl just until blended. 2. Shape into four patties. 3. Spray a grill rack with nonstick spray and grill the burgers until done. (165 degrees). 4. 5 Points per serving (1 burger). |
