From WW Simply Delicious Ingredients:
1 lb boneless center-cut pork loin, trimmed of all visible fat and cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 small bay leaf |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine pork, water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, and salt in med saucepan. 2. Let stand 30 minute. 3. Bring mixture to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, til meat is very tender, about 1 hours. 5. Remove bay leaf before serving. |
