Keep a mug in your freezer for this easy chilled treat. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream |
1 (12 ounce) can diet root beer, chilled |
Directions:
1. Place half the ice cream in a chilled 16-ounce mug. Pour root beer over ice cream. Scoop remaining ice cream on top. 2. Serve immediately with a spoon and a straw! |
