Another refreshing drink from the Weight Watchers Favorite Homestyle Recipes cookbook. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened raspberries, fresh or frozen |
1 cup orange juice |
2/3 cup pineapple juice |
2 (12 ounce) cans diet lemon-lime soda, chilled |
mint sprig (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine raspberries and orange and pineapple juices; blend until smooth. Strain into pitcher; slowly pour in soda. Stir to combine. 2. Divide evenly among 6 ice-filled glasses; garnish with mint. |
