One of my all time favorite apple pie recipes! Just like momma used to make. Simple old fashioned recipe with a touch of organic updates. Ingredients:
4 cups sliced ripe apples |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
1/4 cup purified water |
3/4 cup sifted organic flour |
1 cup pure unbleached cane sugar |
1/3 cup organic butter |
Directions:
1. Place apples in a 9x10x2 buttered baking dish. Sprinkel with cinnamon & salt & water. Rub together flour, sugar, & butter. Drop mixture over apples. bake 350 for 40-45 minute. |
