Made this up with scraps from the fridge. ANYONE would love this! Ingredients:
2 lbs hot italian sausage links (removed from casings) |
10 -12 small mushrooms (chunked) |
1 jalapeno (sliced thin) |
9 1/3 ounces cans chopped tomatoes |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1 lb spaghetti |
1 bunch arugula (chopped coarse) |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage, breaking up. 2. Add the next 2. 3. Simmer a few minutes. 4. Add the next 2. 5. Simmer a few more minutes. 6. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti until al dente. 7. Drain. 8. Toss with sausage mix. 9. Add arugula. 10. Season. 11. DIG IN! |
