Because you're never more than 5 minutes away from chocolate cake. This cake is incredible! I put the dry ingredients in a baggie in a coffee cup and type instructions on a small card and attach it to the cup. Makes a great Christmas present. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour |
4 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons milk |
3 tablespoons oil |
3 tablespoons chocolate chips |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in large coffee mug. Add egg & mix thoroughly.
2. Add milk and oil, mix well.
3. Add vanilla and mix well.
4. Microwave at 1000 watts for 3 minutes.
