This is sweet as all pina colada's are-this is not a real dry martini but a nice drink served up in a martini glass-so easy...I have made this with dark aged rum. Ingredients:
10 ounces of pineapple rings in syrup |
2/3 cup bacardi coconut rum |
Directions:
1. Mix 1/3 cup of juice syrup, from canned pineapple, with the rum.
2. Shake over ice.
3. Pour into chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a ring of pineapple .
