This cake is the best homemade chocolate cake that I have ever had. You will not believe how moist it is! Serve with a simple icing or eat without. Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 eggs |
2 cups white sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup dark cocoa |
2 cups hot water |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl at medium speed until combined. 2. Grease 9X13 pan. 3. Pour mixture in pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
