Started making this salsa as a teenager. I get requests for it all the time. Seasonings are approximate, you can adjust to your own taste. Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
1/4 cup white onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Puree tomatoes in food processer for 10 seconds. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
