Simple but really good, quick supper or an easy weekend breakfast. Try it with some cooked ham or crumbled cooked bacon or sausage! Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup milk |
8 ounces cottage cheese |
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
1 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed |
6 tablespoons butter, cubed |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. 2. Add flour, milk and baking powder. 3. Fold in butter and cheeses. 4. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. 5. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. |
