Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in lightly oiled crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-10 hours.
