I love this recipe, it's so simple and easy to make and you can use any type of fruit you prefer.I normally use canned peaches or fresh golden delicious apples. Ingredients:
1 cup fruit |
1 cup milk |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup flour |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in baking dish. 2. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and milk together and pour into dish. 3. Pour fruit over batter, DO NOT STIR. 4. Bake 45 minutes to an hour, at 325. until golden brown on top. 5. ***Top it off with vanilla ice cream***. |
