Yum! these are the best campfire food besides marshmallows... or served buttered with roasted marshmallows!

Ingredients:

sweet potato

butter

foil

hot coals of a nice wood fire.

Directions:

1. Clean potato
2. Rub with butter
3. wrap in foil
4. bake in the hot coals until tender (which will be about 30 minutes for an 8 - 10 ounce tuber.)
