A very quick and tasty lunch salad Ingredients:
4 cups shrimp, cooked & chopped |
3/4 cup light mayonnaise |
4 thinly sliced green onions |
2 diced celery ribs |
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Chill 1 hour before serving. |
