A very quick and tasty lunch salad
Ingredients:
4 cups shrimp, cooked & chopped
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
4 thinly sliced green onions
2 diced celery ribs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Chill 1 hour before serving.
