So easy and yummy even the kids like it. You could even cut the chicken smaller strips and use as an appetizer. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons melted butter |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 cup sesame cracker, crushed |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Mix all ingredients together except chicken. 3. Roll (and press) chicken in the mixture and place on a sprayed cookie sheet Bake for 20 minutes. |
