i use jiffy or martha white mixes Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 egg |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 cup frozen corn, thawed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Bake for approx 50 minutes or until browned. |
