Wonderful Chocolate Frosting |

This recipe is from the back of a Nestle cocoa can. I think it's too rich with the brownies, but it works as a really great all-purpose chocolate frosting. Enjoy. Ingredients:
3 cups powdered sugar |
2/3 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
5 -6 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, vanilla, and 2 Tb milk.
2. Add 3-4 Tb milk alternately with the rest of the powdered sugar.
3. Add an extra tablespoon or two of milk, or use less than 6 Tb milk, depending on the consistency you want.
