Wonderful Banana Bread

This recipe is almost too good to be low-fat. My co-workers and friends insist that I make it again and again.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspooon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup skim milk (i used fat- free milk)
2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup egg beaters
1 1/4 cups mashed very ripe bananas
2/3 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray 2 (7 x 3) loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix on low speed for 1/2 minutes, scraping bowl constantly.
4. Then beat on high for 3 minutes.
5. Pour into the 2 loaf pans.
6. Bake 50 minutes - 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
