From Quick & Simple. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons milk |
wonton skins |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and milk; add salt and jalapenos. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons in center of each skin, moisten edges and fold over into a triangle. Fry 1-2 minutes in 375 degree oil, until golden and crispy. |
